Terms of Participation

By submitting to a quest in the Adventure Quest application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the application operator.

1. Assumption of Risk

You understand that participating in motorcycle quests involves inherent risks including but not limited to injury, death, property damage, and exposure to hazardous terrain, weather, and traffic conditions. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in any quest.

2. Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own safety, health, and well-being during quest participation. You will ride within your abilities, maintain your motorcycle in safe operating condition, and comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. No Warranty on User-Created Quests

Quests are created by other users and not by the application operator. The application operator does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or quality of any user-created quest, including checkpoint locations, descriptions, routes, or quiz content. You participate in user-created quests at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the application operator, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your participation in any quest, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the application operator from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation in any quest or your violation of these terms.

6. Medical Fitness

You certify that you are physically fit to participate in motorcycle activities and have not been advised against doing so by a medical professional. You are responsible for determining your own fitness for participation.

7. Insurance

You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for your motorcycle and personal injury. The application operator provides no insurance coverage of any kind.

8. User Content and Moderation

You are responsible for everything you post (quests, routes, photos, profile information). Objectionable, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal or infringing content is not tolerated, and users who post it may be removed. You can report any quest, route or user with the in-app Report button and block any user from their profile. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, including removing content and ejecting offending users.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to your participation in any quest shall be resolved in the competent courts of your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Participation from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, and material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
